A spectacular afternoon of music unfolded at First United Church’s Noon Hour Concert as 376 attendees enjoyed the high-energy sounds of Clefs of Moher. Led by renowned saxophonist Tim Moher and joined by Juno-nominated producer Rick Hutt and an incredible band, the group delivered an unforgettable performance blending traditional Celtic Irish music with jazz overtones.
The audience was captivated by the dynamic fusion of Irish melodies and jazz-inspired improvisations. The performance was further elevated by the talent and spirit of dancer Sienna, who stepped in for Myra, adding grace and rhythm to the experience. The crowd responded with enthusiastic applause, swept away by the infectious energy of the music.
A big shoutout goes to Sharon Gowland for her outstanding efforts in coordinating the concert and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Heartfelt thanks to the volunteers who made sandwiches and served tea and sweets, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the event.
With such a fantastic turnout and an electrifying performance, Clefs of Moher left a lasting impression, proving once again that great music has the power to bring people together.
