If you have handcrafted creations to donate for First’s table

please contact Joan Westcott (westcottj@rogers.com) to arrange for pickup.

We ask that you bring your items for the bake sale

to the church kitchen early Friday afternoon, October 14.

We still need volunteers to help with this event.

We need: Persons to set out the tables on Friday October 14 at 4:00 pm (about one hour)

Persons to help prepare for the lunchroom:

Friday morning 9:00 – 11:30  am (preparing the soups)

Saturday 8:00 - 10:00 am (making sandwiches)

Saturday 9:30 am – 12:30 pm and 12:30 pm – 3:pm (plating foods for the servers)

You will not have to take the lead, there as a helper.
