Waterloo Region Hosts Faith-Inspired Election Forum Ahead of 2025 Federal Vote
WATERLOO, ON — With the 2025 federal election on the horizon, Martin Luther University College and Citizens for Public Justice are co-hosting "Faithful Election Conversations" — a community forum designed to engage faith communities in meaningful dialogue about key political issues.
The event takes place on
Tuesday, April 8, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
at Mount Zion Lutheran Church, located at 29 Westmount Road South, Waterloo.
Attendees will hear from experts and local candidates on pressing matters such as climate change, poverty, and the rights of immigrants, refugees, and migrants — topics of vital concern for Canada’s faith-based communities.
