"What's on the table this year, Waterloo Region?" Come to the 48th annual Interfaith Community Breakfast to reflect on this question.
Everyone seeks food security, appropriate housing, and physical, psychosocial and spiritual wellbeing. Meanwhile, rampant individualism, the climate crisis and fall-out from the Covid-19 pandemic stalk our communities. They're all interconnected. We're all interconnected. Where do we start?
We’ve invited Paul Born, global leader and award-winning author on issues of community engagement and change, to share some of his deep curiosity about and engagement in ideas that cause people to work together for the common good. Paul’s joy of belonging will help us come "Together in Hope."
We are most grateful to our Major Sponsor, Kindred Credit Union, as well as to the Region of Waterloo, the Cities of Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo and the Townships of North Dumfries, Wellesley, Woolwich, and Wilmot for their financial support again this year.
Tickets are now available through Eventbrite at this link. Join guests from the many religious, spiritual and philosophical traditions in Waterloo Region to enjoy delicious food and to reflect on the common concerns of our community. We hope to see you there!
